Guaranteed Auto Protection Program
Eligibility
- Available only at the time of lease or purchase.
- All new vehicles with vehicle codes found within the rate book. The definitiion or eligibility of "new vehicle" for the VSA program does not apply.
- All used vehicles with vehicle codes found within the rate book with less than 100,000 total miles and current year plus 9 model years old.
- Vehicles financed under any "farmer's loan", single-pay loan or other lease or retail contract for which the scheduled payments are made less frequently than bi-monthly are not eligible.
DCA Plan Codes/Financing Terms
- DCA term must coincide with the lease or retail contract term.
- Maximum term for DCA on a lease or retail contract is 84 months.

Cancellation, Reinstatement, and Transfers
- Cancellation is available.
- The agreement cannot be reinstated after cancellation.
- The agreement cannot be transferred unless the original lease or retail contract transfers.
Claims
- To initiate a claim, the financial institution or customer must notify the Program Administrator in writing or by calling the toll free provided.
- DCA includes the customer's applicable physical damage auto insurance deductible up to $1,000.
Toyota Auto Care Premium Benefits Include:
- At Each Interval:
Engine Oil and Filter Change, Tire Rotation, 19 Point Inspection, Lubrication of Key Chassis Parts
- Toyota's recommended maintenance log services referenced in the Scheduled Maintenance Guide; however, those items listed under "Spcial Operating Conditions" are not covered
- Full term, 24-hour Roadside Assistance:
Towing for Mechanical Breakdown and Collision Recovery, Lockout, Fluid Delivery, Jumpstarts, Flat Tire Changes
- Service reminder letters directing customer back to selling dealer
- Complete computerized printout of all factory recommended services performed is provided at end of term
Toyota Auto Care Classic Benefits Include:
- At Each Interval:
Engine Oil and Filter Change, Tire Rotation, 19 Point Inspection, Lubrication of Key Chassis Parts
- Full term, 24-hour Roadside Assistance (excluding SP% plan):
